John Battern

I have been serving United Methodist congregations in Iowa for more tha 25 years. Presently, I am appointed to the United Methodist Church of Le Mars My wife, Julie and I have been married 30+ years. We have two sons. The eldest is a chef and the other is married and is a teacher. We also have a daughter, Jenny, who died of SIDS when she was 2 1/2 months old.
