Today Jason turns 23. I still remember buying him his first basketball. He was all of 6 hours old. Today's he's traded in his tennes for a chef's hat. Next week he will be taking a class and an exam to be a level one sommelier. Don't tell the bishop my son's going to be a professional wine expert.
Having a chef in the family certainly has it's benefits. Jason has inspired me to add a little "bam" to my cooking.
Anyway, happy birthday, Jas. I'm proud of you.
